FAQ
What are the payment terms?
Reformer and Private classes are paid for online at time of booking.
Classes can be booked as a single session or 5/10 packs which offer a discount. When booking a class please make sure you can attend as there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Within this time frame there are no refunds of credits given. There is no deviation to this rule so that it is fair for everyone.
If you do need to change a booking, the Momence app will allow this and it is simple to navigate. I highly recommend that if you have a time of day/ day of the week you enjoy coming to class, to book on your entire packs to ensure your space.
What do I need to bring to class?
You will need to bring a mat and head cushion (if you need one) to group mat classes. Small equipment such as magic circles, hand weights, resistance bands are a ‘nice to have’ but not necessary. A bottle of water is a good idea, and for reformer classes you will need grippy socks.
What should I wear?
You don't need to buy any new clothing to come to class. Wear something comfortable, not too restrictive. For example a pair of leggings or tracksuit bottoms and a close fitting top is fine. Due to some of the exercises and positions you will be in (side lying for example) if you are wearing shorts to class, please wear close fitting underwear underneath for your own comfort ensuring no indiscretions. Reformer clients will need grippy socks, and no zips on the backs of leggings please as they damage the equipment. Jeans are not comfortable to move in and will damage the reformer.
Cancellations - Reformer and online/virtual classes
Classes cancelled within 24 hours of the session will be charged the full rate. Classes cancelled outside of this 24 hour window may be rebooked for another date.
